The area is within 200 m2 and the cost is of up to 200 000 euros – these are the most required private houses in Riga or just next to it. Potential customers preferably interested in houses built for the last ten years. But the offers that meet the needs and requests of potential customers are very limited. In the conditions of the currant deficit, Ober Haus specialists forecast a small price increase in such objects. The demanded districts are Bergi, Darzciems, Imanta, Zolitude, Teika and Bierini. In the Riga’s suburbs, the favorites are the Marupe, Kekava, Garkalns, Adazhi and Babite. Every month there are less than sold 30 private houses.
