Real estate developer Pillar will invest close to EUR 13 million in construction of Ilguciema Majas complex of apartment buildings in Riga's Pardaugava. The complex will comprise two seven-story buildings with 55 apartments each. There will be two-, three- and four-room apartments with furnishings in each building, ranging from 47 to 86 square meters in area. Each apartment will have a separate utility room for storage and a balcony or terrace. The apartments will have individual ventilation systems with heat recovery. The courtyard will be landscaped with a children's playground and a parking lot for apartment owners, as well as charging stations for electric cars. A lockable common room for prams and bicycles will be available on the ground floor of each building, as well as a lockable bicycle shed. The project will be implemented by the fall of 2026. The complex is located in Ilguciems neighborhood on Spilves Street.
Ilguciema Majas will be the fourth A+ Class energy-efficient apartment building project developed by Pillar in Riga. Pillar has built apartment buildings in Mezciems, Darzciems and Dreilini neighborhoods of Riga to date. Pillar Group companies have been operating in real estate sector since 2006.
