Kristīne Vizule, Sales Manager of the project, comments: "Visiting the demo apartment will allow clients to experience firsthand both the quality of finishes and the spatial layout. The project is being developed by ASTOR Group, financed by Rietumu Banka, and marketed by Vestabalt - a real estate company with 35 years of experience. The development comprises two energy-efficient multi-apartment buildings offering a total of 74 fully finished apartments. The interior concept was created by designer Eva Staņeviča, with a focus on functionality and sustainable materials.

The buildings incorporate modern technical solutions, including underfloor heating, heat recovery ventilation, and high-quality sound insulation. The surrounding grounds feature landscaped recreation areas, a children's playground, bicycle parking, and electric vehicle charging stations.
Torņakalns has seen considerable development activity in recent years, emerging as one of Riga's most dynamic neighbourhoods for new residential projects - a trend that, according to expert assessments, has a positive long-term influence on property values in the area.
