The luxury apartment complex NOBLE in Jūrmala, Latvia, developed by River Properties, has received the European Best Project Award in the prestigious International Property Awards competition in the category “Best Residential Project, 10–19 Apartments.” The project, created by River Properties in collaboration with the architectural firm OAD under the leadership of Zane Tetere-Šulce, was rated the best among 200 European and global projects.

The International Property Awards is one of the most significant events in the global real estate industry, honoring excellence in architecture, design, and development. The award is a globally recognized mark of quality. Projects are evaluated by an independent international jury of 100 professionals in the fields of real estate, design, and marketing. Awards are granted based on an assessment of the project’s design, construction, and presentation quality.

“This prestigious award confirms the high quality of River Properties’ work – we create projects that compete convincingly on a global scale. In all our projects, we invest in architectural excellence, sustainability, and the highest quality solutions to ensure a world-class quality of life for the residents of our buildings," says Ervīns Ivanovskis, CEO of River Properties.

NOBLE is currently one of the most exclusive projects in the Baltic States. The development features 19 spacious residences with terraces and balconies, a spa complex, premium gym, and a scenic, functional courtyard. Construction began in September 2025, and almos 60% of the apartments have already been reserved. The planned investment totals approximately 14 million euros. Construction is scheduled to be completed in early 2027.

The architecture and public spaces of NOBLE — including the spa complex, lobby, and fitness room — as well as the interiors of the demo apartment and penthouse, were designed by the OAD architectural firm under the leadership of architect Zane Tetere–Šulce. The apartment interiors were designed also by Krassky Design Studio and SOG Interiors. The landscaping concept was developed by Galantus. Construction work is being carried out by awarded construction company “Pilnsabiedriba 3A”. The project’s brand and visual identity were created by the architecture, planning, and design office UMAGAMMA.

The architecture and design of the apartment building are inspired by Jūrmala’s natural and cultural heritage — its dunes, pine forests, and unique resort-town architecture. Only high-quality and sustainable materials have been used in the façade — stone, wood, and copper — which not only create elegant surfaces but also ensure that the building blends harmoniously into the landscape. The building features a private courtyard that serves as a recreation area, complemented by an outdoor fireplace and garden, preserving existing trees and natural terrain.

The project includes a private luxury spa with a 40 m² swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath (hammam), as well as a fully equipped gym. The underground level of the complex features parking and individual storage rooms.

NOBLE will be equipped with an advanced smart home system, allowing remote control of lighting, heating, and security. High-quality sound insulation will ensure quiet and privacy in each residence. Energy-efficient systems and sustainable materials are used throughout the construction, reducing operating costs and environmental impact.
