The BREL Awards 2025 are set to recognize outstanding contributions to the real estate sector, and public voting is now officially open until September 30, 2024. Organized to celebrate the projects, developers, investors, and initiatives that have made the most significant impact on the real estate market in Riga and surrounding area over the past year, the BREL Awards are a prestigious recognition within the industry.
This year, there are 5 categories, 28 nominants in total:
- Developer of the Year
- Project of the Year
- Revitalized Project of the Year
- Placemaking Project of the Year
- Deal of the Year
Each category will be awarded based on the decisions of a jury and public voting. Public voting is conducted via the BREL Awards homepage, allowing the community to participate in recognizing excellence within the industry. The public choice awards, alongside the jury’s selections, will be presented at a ceremony by the Mayor of Riga Mr. Viesturs Kleinbergs at BREL forum on October 16, 2025 in Hanzas Perons.
Public voting runs throughout September, leading up to the award ceremony. The professional independent jury will also select winners from the nominees.
